By booking any tour or service with Travels Umrah, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from making a booking.
✓ This Standard Package does not include luxury amenities.
✓ Pilgrims must present a valid vaccination certificate.
✓ Any changes in airfare or visa fees must be settled prior to departure.
✓ Low-cost or budget airlines do not provide child fares.
✓ Budget packages typically accommodate 5–6 pilgrims per room.
✓ Room services are not included and vary by hotel. Cleaning is done every 2–3 days; contact reception if your room hasn’t been serviced. For unresolved issues, contact our team.
✓ Ziyarat and meal schedules are fixed:
-> Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
-> Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
-> Dinner: 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM
✓ Drinking water is available only in the mess.
✓ Standard hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. Early arrival may delay room availability.
✓ Permit for Riyaz Ul Jannah is not included; pilgrims can obtain it via the NUSUK app.
✓ Visa issuance is at the discretion of the KSA embassy. Travels Umrah is not responsible for visa delays, rejections, or errors. Visa fees are non-refundable. Any related ticket cancellation or date-change charges are the pilgrim’s responsibility.
✓ If the designated hotel is unavailable, an alternative of equal quality and distance will be provided.
✓ Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes are the responsibility of the airline, and we cannot be held liable. Additional charges for rescheduling may apply.
✓ Any fluctuations in SAR must be settled before departure.
✓ Distances from hotels to Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi are measured from the mosque boundaries.
✓ Tour programs and dates are tentative and may change without notice.
✓ Travels Umrah is not responsible for lost luggage or passports. Hotels may not provide toiletries such as towels or buckets.
✓ Pilgrims requiring wheelchairs must bring their own.
✓ The Travels Umrah kit (one backpack and one shoulder bag) is collected from our office.
✓ Laundry service is available twice in Mecca and once in Medina (maximum 4 pieces per person in Medina).
✓ Shared transport may experience delays at Jeddah Airport, especially during festivals or due to government announcements.
✓ Local Ziyarat tours are supervised by guides and follow Saudi government instructions. Some sites may be removed or restricted due to government regulations, emergencies, or overcrowding.
✓ Private transportation upgrades may incur additional charges for extra seats or luggage.
✓ All disputes or claims related to our services are governed by Indian law, with West Bengal courts having exclusive jurisdiction.

Itinerary
DAY 1 – Depart for Jeddah. Travel by AC Deluxe buses to the hotel in Mecca. After check-in, the tour guide will accompany the group for the first Umrah.
DAY 2 – Proceed from the hotel to Haram Sharif for prayers and rituals.
DAY 3 – Ziyarat of local shrines under the guidance of the tour guide.
DAY 4 – Visit Haram Sharif for prayers and Umrah activities.
DAY 5 – Perform the second Umrah and visit Masjid e Ayesha under tour guide supervision. Pilgrims are responsible for arranging their own transport.
DAY 6 – Conduct the third Umrah and visit Masjid e Ayesha. Transportation must be arranged individually.
DAY 7 – Visit Haram Sharif and/or explore Jeddah at your convenience.
DAY 8 – Set out for Haram Sharif for prayers and rituals.
DAY 9 – Another day at Haram Sharif for worship and reflection.
DAY 10 – Perform the fourth Umrah and visit Masjid e Ayesha. Transportation to be arranged individually.
DAY 11 – Visit Haram Sharif for prayers and rituals.
DAY 12 – Another day at Haram Sharif for worship.
DAY 13 – Prepare and pack luggage for the journey to Madinah.
DAY 14 – Travel to Masjid al-Nabawi in Madinah.
DAY 15 – Offer prayers at Masjid al-Nabawi and participate in guided rituals.
DAY 16 – Ziyarat of local shrines in Madinah under an experienced tour guide.
DAY 17 – Prayers at Masjid al-Nabawi or explore Madinah independently.
DAY 18 – Continue prayers and activities at Masjid al-Nabawi.
DAY 19 – Final day of visits and prayers at Masjid al-Nabawi.
